BEFORE AND AFTER
We used to have to calculate our own financial results or positions, which took up valuable time so communicating targets and results to staff didn’t always happen. Using the Print Speak home page we can see everything: estimates, orders and sales that were posted that day, as well as where we’re at with follow-ups. It’s easy; you can focus in on your tasks, drill down, and take action on follow-ups and anything else really quickly.
WE’VE (ALL) GOT THE POWER
With just a few clicks, I can see everything that’s happening across my two Centres. Are we creating estimates; how’s it all going? We can remotely monitor activity constantly, and it empowers staff because they can see how they’re going at any given time.
Print Speak allows us to create, change or add tasks. There’s a workflow now and that’s how we make sure good things are happening.
ON THE MOVE
I can create a task or quote even if I’m sitting with a customer. I just pull out my phone and access Print Speak. Someone back at the office can then action the next steps while I’m still out with customers.
